All conversations are met with active empathetic listening, unconditional positive regard, with the ability to signpost and mediate, if required.
All conversations, whether that be digital (text, voice note, calls) or in person are held in confidence. Confidentiality will only be breached if a crew or cast member is showing signs of harm to themselves or others.
